Trust the Feeling

It’s 2021, so we know from mental health experts that we SHOULD NOT believe everything we think.  Sometimes our thoughts are WRONG. Sometimes it’s just anxiety rearing its ugly little head again.  But, since it’s 2021, we also know the importance of trusting that gut instinct. Connecting with our body. Not ignoring that 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 that just won’t go away.  So, while it’s true that thoughts aren’t always things . . . sometimes they are.
